About Us

Located at the heart of the Simon Fraser University Burnaby Campus, The Study Public House seats 320 along with an expansive patio with views from Burnaby Mountain. The newest vibrant social hub at Simon Fraser University. Your space to unwind and create memorable experiences, we come together to inspire inclusivity and foster lasting friendships for students, staff, faculty and our UniverCity community.

 

Minors and students 18 years of age or younger are welcome every day until 8pm if accompanied by a parent or guardian.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Our location is accessible to those with disabilities.  If you use a wheelchair or are unable to use stairs, we can accommodate your entry via wheelchair motorized ramp or service elevator by request.

Featuring craft beer, signature cocktails, an exceptional wine list and a public house menu designed and inspired by our outstanding culinary team.

Directions:
When approaching SFU on Gaglardi Way, go straight through the intersection with lights, right at the roundabout and left at the fork which will lead to an underpass. Turn right to enter the Convocation Mall Visitor Parking. The entrance is located under the underpass. Proceed to the top floor for visitors or after 4:30pm the reserved lot is available. Follow the signs to the Maggie Benston Center entrance which is a large set of glass doors and go up the stairway on the left which leads to Higher Grounds Coffee Shop. The Study Public House entrance is located inside the coffee shop.

Thursday – Saturday: 11am – 1am
