Sous Vide Steak Sashimi
Ponzu dressing, cucumber ribbon, pickled radish, fanned avocado
Paired with Peter Lehmann The Barossan Shiraz (Australia)

Pomegranate Glazed Salmon
Asparagus, edamame, mint, hazelnuts
Paired with Louis Martini Cabernet Sauvignon Sonoma (California)

Chocolate Tort
Molten chocolate, cinnamon, vanilla ice cream
Paired with Dr. Loosen Riesling (Germany)
