Our chef will present a 5 course signature tasting menu perfectly paired with 5 wines from regions in British Columbia.

First Course
Roasted Beet & Goat Cheese
Pickled golden beets, edamame, candied sunflower seeds, apple cider, balsamic
Paired with Blasted Church Hatfield’s Fuse

Second Course
Gnocchi
Red sauce, crispy basil, parmesan foam
Paired with Calliope Figure 8

Third Course
Fried Artichoke Hearts
Cucumber medallion, pickled red onion, tomato, lemon garlic sauce
Paired with Church & State Lost Inhibitions Red

Fourth Course
Beef Sukiyaki
Yukon gold mashed potatoes, baby carrots, tokyo-negi, sesame seeds
Paired with Cedar Creek Senator’s Red

Fifth Course
Lemon Creme Brûlée
Orange juice, lemon zest, gooseberry
Paired with C Sharp Sparkling Brut

The five-course wine pairing dinner will be held at The Buck & Ear located at 12111 3rd Avenue Richmond, BC V7E 3K1.

Tickets  for our Wines of British Columbia Pairing Dinner are only $60* and can be purchased in advance at The Buck & Ear.
